We have been successfully trading in Llandudno for over 60 years when the company was first founded in 1956 by Margaret Hughes. Our current owner, Matt worked in the business for many years for Margaret’s son David Hughes and we have been supplying fresh fruit, vegetables, salad and pre-prepared produce to North West Wales, and surrounding areas ever since.

We pride ourselves on supplying and delivering wholesale fruit, vegetables, dairy and bakery goods to the North Wales catering industry, including Michelin Star Restaurants, Hotels, Nursing homes and schools.

Our success is due to the great reputation we have, excellent customer service and of course; quality fresh produce.

Owner of the business Matt has been in the catering industry his whole life and knows only too well the hours that are spent into prepping produce. That’s why 15 years ago he introduced our very own ‘Cutting-Veg’ on-site prepping area.

Whatever shape or size you require we have a team of four skilled individuals ready to peel, dice, baton and shape your fruit and vegetables.

We are available to take phone orders 24/7 via our voicemail service or a member of the M Hughes’s friendly team will always endeavour to accommodate your requests. Order between 2am & 4pm and you’ll receive guaranteed next day delivery between 2am & 2pm.

We deliver the finest fresh produce to the North of Wales and have recently expanded, adding many more delivery zones ranging from Chester to Abersoch – see below.
